Kylie Jenner Lists Her Longtime Hidden Hills Mansion for $20.3 Million

Kylie Jenner is making major cuts to her $80-million real estate empire. The reality television scion and beauty mogul is reportedly offloading her longtime California mansion, listing the home for $20.3 million. Impressively, Jenner scooped up the Hidden Hills behemoth, located in the Los Angeles suburbs, for $12 million in 2016 when she was 19 years old. At the time, it was one of three (!) properties she snatched up in the celebrity-studded neighborhood. After buying her $2.7 million Calabasas starter home in 2016, Jenner purchased a Cape Cod-style pad in Hidden Hills for $6 million. Not long after, she dropped $4.5 million on a nearby home, which doubled as an office for her flourishing makeup brand, Kylie Cosmetics. Both houses have since been slashed from her portfolio.

It’s no surprise that Kylie Jenner kept the largest of the trio, which served as her primary residence for a decade. The 2015-built, Cape Cod-inspired abode is conveniently situated near the homes of her famous sisters and their mother, Kris Jenner. With eight bedrooms and 11 full bathrooms, the home has ample space primed for hosting guests. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen outfitted with two islands and disappearing glass walls. The main room features a private sitting area, a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, and a balcony, as well as custom glam rooms and two enormous walk-in closets. Other amenities include a home theater, a wet bar, a game room, a gym, a massage room, and an office with a fireplace. That’s not all: the 13,200-square-foot property features an attached guest suite with a private entrance, a kitchenette, a swimming pool, a spa, an enormous patio, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit.

The Kardashians star tapped AD100 designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, an AD Pro member, to transform her “first really grown-up home” into a space that’s “glamorous but totally inviting,” Bullard told AD in 2019. The dwelling was clad in vibrant pink, Old-slash-New Hollywood-esque decor, and even featured a gold-leafed ceiling in the dining room. When Jenner learned that she and her then-boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott, were expecting, Bullard retrofitted a nursery and playroom into the home. Jenner renovated the house to fit her growing family.

Jenner’s decision to part ways with the mega-mansion sparks speculation about her future with her current partner Timothée Chalamet, whom she’s been dating since 2023, though nothing about a joint residence is confirmed—yet. As for what’s next, Jenner isn’t leaving Hidden Hills anytime soon. The Khy founder has been busy putting the final touches on her dream house on a huge plot of land she bought for $15 million in 2020. In August 2025 an aerial view of the parcel revealed that she added olive trees around the property for additional privacy and a European ambiance. Not much else is known about Jenner’s embargoed estate, but with shuffles made to her multi-million dollar real estate portfolio—including putting her $48 million Holmby Hills fortress on the market in December—it seems that the glamorous real estate maven has some moves in mind.
